Wang Haoliang, the owner of No. Jingcheng Pavilion, Luoyang, was born in 1984 in the family of calligraphy and painting. He was graduated from Henan University in 2006. Has is specialized in traditional paintings of flowers and birds, landscapes and calligraphy.
